Hello,
I am building a script to be used with multiple datasets. The datasets will all have a similar layout (in terms of columns) however, they will all have a different number of samples. Each sample is multiple lines long so the "Sample ID" column shows which lines belong to which sample. I've written a script to allow the user to pick a 'Comparison' sample from the list of unique values from the Sample ID column. This then creates two new columns 1) to identify which sample is the comparison sample (:Comparison Sample) and 2) to concatenate the :Sample ID with the :Comparison Sample so I can use this column for colouring (and therefor the legend) for my graphs (:Sample Type). I would like to create bubble plots.
However, the problem I can't get past is that I would like the comparison sample to be on every bubble plot, and then have the script loop through the remaining samples. So each sample is effectively compared to the comparison sample. I've attached the dataset. In this example I would only need two bubble plots, one with CM1712-001 + CM1712-003 Comparison and one with CM1712-002 + CM1712-003 Comparison. Here's the basic script for the columns I am including in the bubble plot.
Bubble Plot(
X( :RT1 ),
Y( :RT2 ),
Sizes( :Percent Area ),
Coloring( :Sample Type ),
Draw( "Outlined" ),
Title Position( 0, 0 ),
);
In addition, I would like to keep the colour of the comparison sample the same, but change the colour of the other sample bubbles based on a value in the "< 800 Total" column. If the value in that column is < 15 then green, between 15 and 20 orange and > 20 red. Any help on the loop and the bubble plot colours would be helpful!
