I summited a help ticket asking for adaptive limits in JMP16 and the answer was that at this time this is not implemented in JMP16. See the email below
Hello Ray,
RE: Case Number 00007884
Thank you for contacting JMP Technical Support.
Before I assist you, can you kindly provide your JMP Serial or Site Number?: This info can be found by selecting "Help > About JMP" if you are on a PC, or "JMP > About JMP" if you are on a Mac. Please provide a screen capture if possible.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this natively in JMP - in particular what is tricky are the variable limits in the third phase of your spec limit interval that you've drawn out in your picture provided. Instructions were previously provided in a Community blog post which document how you can use the JMP scripting language (JSL) to generate multiple spec limits to apply them on a given column. https://community.jmp.com/t5/contentarchivals/viewpage/message-uid/38553. But this doesn't include the case of a variable limit that's fanning outward like you have shown.
If you cannot access the article from this link, please let me know and I will send it to you in PDF directly.
Finally, I strongly suggest you submit this as a new feature request on the JMP User Community Wish List for your problem scenario here-- we do consider these requests on the basis of crowd-sourcing. The more our customers demonstrate interest in needing something, the more likely is it that a proposed feature request will be implemented in a future production release of JMP.
Cheers,
Patrick Giuliano

Subject: adaptive limits in JMP16
Hi JMP support
I have a question concerning limits in charts, normally I can place a USL or LSL in a chart by editing the Y axis, but now the problem is more complicated because for some values of X I have one limit for the next X values I have another limit and for the last range I have a variable limit, see picture below.
Is there anything in JMP that can support this approach?
I am using JMP version 16.
Regards and thanks for your support.
