How to smooth curve with locked point?

As you can see below, I am trying to create a smoothed curve of the data I have here, but I want to force JMP to lock the first point at (0,1) as well as the last point (110, 0), so that the curve starts at exactly (0,1) and ends at (110,0).  (I have two requirements:  The curve must start with a y value of 1, and the y value can never dip below 0.)

 

Additionally, if such a function does not exist, is it possible to do the following?:  Add another function onto the graph such that I have a function ranging from x values 0 to 1, and then have the smoothed curve from x values 1 to 110.

You might like to try the fit non-linear platform, which will allow you to specify the asymptotes and form of the equation. Alternatively the smoother function is locally weighted, so if you add a whole bunch of replicates of your start and end point it should cause it to behave more how you want. Although I have found the behaviour at the start and end of amy data ranges to be unpredictable.
