We’re excited to announce the JMP pilot Mentor Program starting this fall. This program will support employees in professional and personal development.
Here are some details:
- What? A 3 month Mentoring pilot program starting in September 2022.
- How? We will provide you with all the training and guidance needed.
- Time commitment? Attend 1 hour orientation, meet with your Mentor/Mentee, periodic check in call with pilot team.
- What else? We will want you to provide feedback throughout the pilot.
