Import x and y values from the text file to jmp table and create wafer map

Hi,

I want to import a text file which contains the wafer map and the coordinated. Is there a way I could import the text file into jmp and get the x and y coordinates in the data table and recreate the wafer map in jmp (well formed).

I have attached the text file for reference
