How to create a TKB for a Discovery Summit

To create the TKB,

 

1. Select the Community Structure tab in the Admin console
2. Select the JMP Discovery Summit Series category
3. Select Create New > Knowledge Base
4. Fill in the fields as shown.
   
   
   For the Knowledge Base Title, we follow the naming guidelines for Discovery, which is currently 
   
   Discovery Summit <City> <Year> Presentations
   
   e.g. Discovery Summit Tucson 2019 Presentations
   
   For the Knowledge Base ID, use one of the following formats:
   • discovery-<year>-content
   • discovery-cn-<year>-content
   • discovery-eu-<year>-content
   • discovery-ja-<year>-content
5. Click Save

These next steps are to place the newly created TKB at (or near) the top of the Discovery Summit list

1. Select the Community Structure tab in the Admin console
2. Click Reorder next to the JMP Discovery Summit Series category
3. Drag the TKB to the appropriate location
4. Click Save
