When making travel arrangements in Concur, please assign all bookings to the event JMP Americas Midyear 2022.
New hires to JMP Americas in 2022 will receive information about attending Academy the week prior to Midyear. Treat this travel separately when booking in Concur. More details available here.
FLIGHTS: Make sure the flights can be modified or refunded since travel can still be unpredictable.
HOTELS close to campus: When booking, be aware of the cancellation time frame. It will be up to each of you to cancel on your own if needed.

TRANSPORTATION: Rental cars are allowed. Sharing a rental with others from your team is preferred. There is a shuttle to and from Embassy Suites and SAS campus. You can ask the concierge for their schedule. Ubers and taxis are allowed as well. Please use your best judgement when booking.
When do I book my flight and hotel?
- Arriving on Monday, July 18, during the afternoon with welcome dinner that evening starting around 6:00 pm.
- Meetings are planned on Tuesday, July 19, Wednesday, July 20 and Thursday, July 21. In addition, we will have evening activities on Tuesday, July 19 and Wednesday, July 20.
- Departures may begin any time after 12 pm on Thursday, July 21. If you plan to stay an extra night, please note the business or travel justification in Concur's comment section.
