To realize JMP's vision, mission, and financial goals, we will:
1. Acquire new JMP Users
- Show JMP to the right people at the right time; make it easy to acquire JMP.
- Cultivate the use of JMP in the research community.
- Ensure that JMP is used to teach statistics in top engineering schools; equip faculty and students so they learn and love JMP.
- Develop and promote thought leaders (both internal and external) so that new applications of analytics can be shared.
- Build, protect and propel the JMP brand.
2. Enable our users
- Support onboarding for new users; ensure the “first three minutes” of JMP use is a great experience.
- Empower users to realize, exploit and benefit from JMP’s full potential.
- Ensure users are aware of and excited about new releases and products.
- Provide meaningful and easily accessible training and technical support.
- Help users connect with and learn from JMP staff, other users and thought leaders.
- Support JMP users who advocate for its use in their organizations, including schools, past and present workplaces, professional organizations and industries.
3. Hire and develop great people; foster a healthy work environment
- Hire and retain staff who drive our software to new levels of excellence and champion the use of JMP.
- Enable staff to flourish in our mission-driven organizational culture.
- Cultivate diverse perspectives and backgrounds; ensure we have a diverse group of candidates for new positions and promotions.
- Work as a collaborative, supportive and inclusive group where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic self and is treated with the utmost respect.

6. Ensure a great customer experience with contracting, software delivery and invoicing
- Build contracting systems that empower customers to easily contract for new software and upgrade existing contracts.
- Ensure the renewal process is simple and auto-renews T&C whenever possible.
- Implement online systems that minimize the work for software administrations and implementation.

I think it would be more efficient to have a link directly in this site as a reference/source.. It also demonstrates transparency around how widely used this rule is and some other understanding around it if people would like to know more.
Knowledge is power and also leads to cooperation, understanding, and inclusiveness.

Re: JMP Statistical Discovery LLC - Goals 2022Thanks Ryan, do you think you could spell out or make a note of what EBITDA means. I googled it and I found EBITDA, = earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. Is this what it means?
Also a link to what Rule of 40 means as well (like Calculating the Rule of 40 - Software Equity Group) A quick summary of this would be helpful as well.
