Changes to the JMP Partner Program
The JMP Partner Program helps our users around the world get the most from their investment in JMP products. Each partner, whether a teacher, consultant, industry expert or JMP scripter, is certified by JMP Product Managers to provide quality services to people who want to become more effective with JMP.
As we move to independent JMP systems and processes, our partner program will also undergo a transition. Thank you to Maanasa Thyagarajan (@MaanasaT) for managing the program for the last two years, and to everyone who has cultivated relationships with the people we now call partners.
Changes to expect during this transition:
- Now that Maanasa is a Systems Engineer, she is not managing the partner program. Please discontinue any communication with Maanasa about partners or potential partners.
- Current partners will be renewed in 2022.
- Partners will be renewed this year using the current process and next year we will transition all partners to the new universal terms order form (UTOF) directly with JMP.
- Partners who received JMP Genomics as part of this program in 2021 will move to JMP Pro at renewal in 2022.
- The partner program is closed to new applicants until further notice. If sales teams are approached by an organization that wishes to partner with us, they can purchase software through our channels, or wait until the program re-opens.
- We will update the company with process changes to the partner program once they are available.

If anyone hears from a partner that says they didn’t, please forward it to me or leave a comment and I'll have Business Operations send the license again.

Would the existing partners be renewed automatically this year, too ? Or do they need to do something ?
Re: Changes to the JMP Partner ProgramYes, all current partners are being renewal automatically in 2023. If a partner renewal hasn't occurred please reach out to Bus Ops to assist.
