Sample email:
Dear, [NAME]
We are excited for your upcoming poster at Discovery Summit.
Each Discovery Summit, paper and poster presenters share their presentation materials in the JMP User Community. This enables knowledge sharing across the larger JMP community.
Now, we need your poster, too. We’ve even made sharing easy for you by creating a document in the User Community that already contains your poster title.
Here is what we need from you by September 15: Review your poster information and attach your poster. Feel free to update your abstract as needed.
Click here for a good example of shared Discovery paper materials.
Thank you, and see you soon!
Sincerely,
Kathy
P.S. Please have all files uploaded by September 15. We will be announcing this shared resource during the conference, so you will want to have your materials available.
