Important Dates:

• Monday, February 28: Call For Content Opens
• Friday, April 08: Call For Content initial Close
• Monday, April 25: Call For Content Last chance to Submit (if we extend)
• Friday, April 29: Steering Committee Call, JMP Discovery Americas Paper and Poster Final Selections
• Wednesday, May 4:  Notify winners (Paper/Poster), notify those not selected
  • Sent on May 9th 
• Monday, May 23: Presenter Checklist webpage complete, send email to all presenters
  • This is going out 5/26 due to late confirmations
• Monday, May 23: Confirm your acceptance by this date.
• Monday, May 30: Steering Committee to begin judging semi-live presentations
• Wednesday, June 1: Presenters notified to Schedule their recording time slot
• Monday, June 6: Copyedit of abstracts need to be complete.
• Monday, June 13: Semi-Live selections determined
• Monday, June 27: Abstracts added to the JMP User Community, and those links are shared with presenters.
• Friday, July 1 Semi-Live presentation schedule complete (no later than 9^th)
  • Notify Semi-Live presenters of their acceptance and time slot, ask them to confirm to you by 7/15
• Tuesday, July 5: Recordings of presentations start. Final versions of papers, posters and presentation materials are due to the JMP User Community prior to your scheduled recording date.
• Friday, July 29: Recordings of paper and poster presentations are completed. All presentation materials must be uploaded to your designated location within the JMP User Community
• Monday, August 29: Your recorded presentation and associated materials in the JMP User Community are made public.
• September 12-16: In-Person papers are presented.
• September 19 –22: Simu-Live papers and posters are presented virtually.
