I have a text column and I would like to apply a regex function so that it will create a new column.
For example, I have column A with the following strings
ABC01
ABD02
ABA03
and I would like to create a new column B with the first three letters using jsl and regex (I know I can use trim, but for this specific case I would like to use regex). The regex part would probably be:
regex(:A,"^(.*)/d","/1")
How do I create a new column that will have the output of this regex function?
