"The annual highlight for me is always Discovery Summit, because when I’m there I’m amongst lots of people who share the excitement of discovering information in data and learning about new use cases, possibilities, and ideas. I usually come back from Discovery Summit with a book full of new ideas to test with my data, or data I haven't used yet but know the use cases for. That's definitely the highlight." |

"Discovery Summits are in my opinion THE BEST way to learn about what JMP can do, get inspired by what other companies are doing, and learn the newest features when new versions are released. Add to that the possibility of talking to the developers about software issues or wishes, my trip has always been worthwhile."

"For those who have never attended a Discovery Summit – I just can't recommend it enough! The JMP team actually feels like a family, and they bring you into that family, which is a pretty amazing experience. This is all on full display at Discovery. Every time I’ve attended the Summit, I’ve taken home not one thing but many things, and I consider it a key conference. The access to tutorials, trainings and presentations is amazing."

"Discovery Summits extend this to the international stage, but most importantly, these conferences present an opportunity to meet JMP developers. They are an excellent source to explain what happens in JMP platforms behind the scenes, and they’re always interested in users’ ideas for new functionality in JMP."

"At Discovery, you can always learn new things – whether it’s a new method, new tool, new application. Also you can easily connect to other users and the JMP software developers. By talking to the architects of the software, you can develop an even better understanding of the methods you have access to in JMP. And you can suggest they add new features for a specific model in upcoming version releases."

"Discovery Summits are superb at growing the community of statistically-minded people. No hard-sell of JMP. It certainly does not hurt that JMP is the best overall tool I have found for the sorts of things that I do, but the feel of the Summit is about espousing the concept of using statistics in your day-to-day work. Creation of this mindset prevails...and it just so happens that everyone uses JMP. It’s just a tool."

H1: In Person Events Benefit You
Subhead: How attending events in person makes all the difference
For some of the most difficult times during the COVID-19 pandemic we became accustomed to meeting virtually, even though we knew it wasn’t the same as connecting in person. Organizations are beginning to travel more, and there are some good reasons for that. As you contemplate whether to attend upcoming JMP events offered in person, we encourage you to consider these benefits of gathering together.
Improved focus. JMP events feature helpful information to expand your analytics and statistics knowledge. When event attendees come together, they are less likely to become distracted or sidetracked and more likely to immerse themselves in the event experience. We want you to have the full experience of learning and collaborating with fellow attendees and realize the benefit of the time you invest.
Invigorating communication and relationship building. We often say that some our most successful JMP users are the most connected ones. Meeting in person often supports better communication, more networking, greater relationship building—and ultimately more meaningful connections. We find that many of those one-off exchanges JMP users have at events regularly turn into continued, productive conversations even after the event ends.
Increased excitement and engagement. JMP events are exciting because they bring together people who are passionate about analytics. In person events generate excitement, and that excitement is contagious. Excitement means more fully engaged attendees who speak up and participate more fully in the conversations. Ultimately it means more fun!
