JMP closes when copy pasting output

Has anyone else experienced the following issue that my colleagues and I have?  If so, have you found a solution?

JMP closes when we copy & paste output from JMP into Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  This does not always happen, but it does happen often.

I've had copy paste issues before pasting into JMP. When I contacted technical support they said it is a known issue and they have since been able to reproduce the error and were working on a fix (no timeline given). I'm not sure if your issue is the same as the one I have, but your best bet is to check the JMP crash log and report the issue.

I personally have never seen JMP crash when pasting from JMP into Office.
