Our new series of branded videos are a celebration of statistics in the service of science and engineering.
JMP’s got the statistics covered. It’s what we know, what we do.
We want every scientist and engineer to know that we are here to help them focus on their discoveries both large and small, and their next great feats of engineering. We are proud to be part of their progress.
Brand video ad campaign
The purpose of this video ad campaign is to raise brand awareness. We have three versions.
- A 30-second video speaking to not-yet users
- A 30-second video speaking to users
- A 15-second video, ideal for social media and unskippable ads
Here's an example
Viewers may also see six-second “bumpers,” abbreviated brand ads that run before or after a YouTube video. These are beneficial because they are cheaper, cannot be skipped and suit the attention span of today’s audiences!
Global Marketing and User Acquisition are collaborating to target the right audience with these video ads. You may have seen the article asking you to share your favorite YouTube channels. Thanks for helping us do our research.
The campaign is designed to be accessible to many markets. People around the world who watch the videos on YouTube can read along with captions in their native language if they toggle on closed captioning.
We will also have versions of each video with burned English captions for use on platforms that don’t provide closed captioning. We welcome a conversation with anyone who would like to burn translated captions into one or any of the videos.
There’s potential for these ads beyond YouTube. We will expand our ad buys to other platforms like LinkedIn. And those of us hosting events may want to show the video before, during or at the end of events – almost like a JMP commercial.
Thinking of another use case for these videos? Please let us know how we can help. We’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment below.
I look forward to seeing the video for users. Perhaps it can be incorporated into user events - JMP Days, Mastering, Workshops.
@kathy_walker Here's the video for users -- please let me know how I can help. I think it's a great idea to incorporate into user events.
