Issue with random effects and categorical responses

JMP used to prohibit random effects models with categorical responses. The latest version (12.1) does not stop user to run such models, However the output does not look right. It looks like the presented results correspond to a model ignoring the random effect specification. I think JMP has to restore the constraint not to allow users to run random effects with categorical responses until the right capability is in place.
