SAS ETS Time Series Modeling JMP Add In Questions?

I have a JMP Pro prospect looking to work in the time series analysis space. They are specifically asking about the topics covered in chapters 4 and 5 of this white paper/documentation:

So for you time series experts out there can the current release of JMP help with the topics covered in chapters 4 and 5?

 

I also tried to find the Add In to, just in case, test on version 13 and it doesn't appear to be on the User Community File Exchange?

SAS ETS Addin has been taken down since JMP 11. It is no longer fully working and not supported. JMP 13 or 14 cannot do what's in Ch. 4 (i.e., ARCH/GARCH models). For Ch. 5 (panel data regression) there is some overlap with mixed models in JMP Pro or the random effect tab in regular JMP's Standard Least Squares personality. I replicated an econometric panel data study using JMP Pro's Mixed Model (see Example 3 in https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Blog/JMP-Pro-for-linear-mixed-models-Part-2/ba-p/30442 ).

But, if they look for for types of HCCMEs discussed in CH.5, then JMP/JMP Pro doesn't offer.
