We can check position of scroll using 'get scroll position' etc.It is necessary to create a hovering window to display the location information next to the scroll bar like below picture.

Action function is required for the action when moving the Scroll.A function that can get real-time location information or position information about a point when moving the scroll or returning information at the last movement of the scrollex) There is a situation where the bottom position of the Scroll Box is detected and API communication occurs, so that an additional object must be broughtCurrently it is not possible to know if that position is at the bottom.
