A note from the Enterprise Client Management Team:
Over the past few months, we have communicated SAS’ intent to transition from MobileIron as our primary device management software to Microsoft Intune. To complete this migration as efficiently as possible, the deadline to migrate will vary by division. The deadline for the JMP Division is April 4, 2022. Following this date, employee mobile devices (iPhones/Androids/Mac OS machines) without Intune will be quarantined from the network and will be unable to access SAS-managed applications, including Outlook Email, Teams, and OneDrive.
We have prepared a detailed KB for this initiative, which includes instructions for iOS and Android devices, respectfully. If you are having trouble installing the application, please contact the Service Desk. Thank you for your timely cooperation and be on the lookout for follow-up communications as we navigate this transition together.

Feature StoryRe: Intune Migration Deadline Is April 4Here's a quick tip: check your asset listing at https://sas.service-now.com/sp?id=esc_my_assets. “Assets” in this context means your computing devices which can access internal SAS resources. You should expect to see all your SAS computing resources for both Mac and Win (desktops, laptops, tablets), and you may also see any personal devices that you have enrolled with Intune.
- If all of your assets listed, then you are fine and you can stop reading.
- If something is not listed, you need to take action to get each missing item enrolled in InTune.
After April 4, assets not visible on this page will likely be blocked from accessing internal SAS resources. The good news is that it is relatively easy to do.
This is especially important for many of us in the JMP division, because so many of us have Macs. Please take a moment and check.
