NN model-The predicted range seems limited
As the plot,HDD_OSA range is from 30 to 100,but the predicted OSA range is from 65 to 75.
How to understand this ? how to improve the predicted range?

The problem with predictive models is that your forecast data distribution is centered around 65-75. And the fitting effect of the model is not ideal. When your forecast results are centered around 65-75, but the data range for the actual results is 35-95. So the residual is too large and the R-squared is very low. Can you provide the data source if it is convenient? Otherwise, it's hard to say what the problem is.
Re: NN model-The predicted range seems limitedThe plots suggest that your model is poor. The is a weak association between the predictors and the response, so most of the prediction is the mean response.

The predicted results are really not ideal, my question is: R2 is not good, but why is the range of predicted values limited to 65 to 75? Is there a limit to the activation function? Thanks!
