Be sure your referral is not already a SAS or JMP employee – they don’t count. Note that you are not eligible to participate if you are the hiring manager or you are involved in the interview process. Nor are you eligible if you have reached director or VP level. Of course, this finder’s fee only goes to a JMP employee when the referred candidate is offered the job, accepts the job, and is employed by JMP for at least six months.
