Our annual awards show celebrated sales success in 2021 and the many people who supported the mission to spread the use and impact of JMP.
Co-hosted by Sales Manager Ashley Prince (@ashley_prince) and Inside Sales Manager Biljana Besker (@biljana_besker), the virtual ceremony featured remarks from our leaders, special awards for SAS colleagues who played a tremendous role in our accomplishments, and recognition of sales teams that met – and in some cases exceeded – targets. The show concluded with Elite Sales Circle 2021 announcements and a toast from CEO Jon Weisz.
“No matter where you are in the world, it’s been another challenging year,” said Ashley. “That’s what makes your accomplishments so remarkable.”
Biljana agreed: “You’ve all overcome obstacles. You’ve put your customers first. And demonstrated that our team bonds are strong – very strong!”

What is the Elite Sales Circle?
Who is eligible for Elite Sales Circle?
JMP account executives, systems engineers, inside sales representatives, global technical enablement and sales management are eligible to join this exclusive group of high achievers. Membership into the JMP Elite Sales Circle is limited to those who meet their ambitious sales targets…those employees who move the whole organization forward.
The sales teams who achieve sales targets and have highest percentage of target in their tier for 2021 are selected.
The Global Technical Enablement team achieves Elite status if the division grows TSR by at least 10%.
The Premier team achieves Elite status if the Premier territory achieves its TSR target and the division grows TSR by at least 10%.
Sales Management are eligible to make Elite if these two criteria are met:
- Their sales territory grows TSR by at least 10%.
- At least one of the manager’s teams makes Elite status
