MSA Gauge R&R AIAG Version?

Preface to my data:
I want to analyze a dataset (two nearly identical measurement systems, each measuring the same 10 individuals with 5 repetitions) and determine the proportion of variance attributable to the different measurement systems. I can use Gauge R&R or EMP for this analysis. Since all measurements were taken with the same operator, I would consider the reproducibility of the two measurement systems during the analysis. The described dataset is crossed.
Question: The Gauge R&R analysis is based on AIAG. Do you know which version of AIAG is implemented in JMP? The analysis using version 3 was heavily criticized [Wheeler 2009http://www.spcpress.com/pdf/DJW189.pdf ]. While version 4 has been released since 2010, this doesn't automatically mean it's implemented in JMP. I've considered using EMP for the analysis, but I haven't found any information on which calculation basis is used in JMP (or is it EMP III according to Wheeler 2005?). In the linked 2009 document, Wheeler recommends using the " Honest Gauge R&R Study ." But is that implemented in JMP?
I'm a bit lost here and would really appreciate an answer. Basically, I just want a good model and ideally a source that shows exactly which calculation model JMP uses and that the calculation is accurate. I hope you can help me!

I've already come across both of these topics, as I've been intensively researching the topic for several days. However, even after intensive research, I haven't yet found a satisfactory answer to my question.

i created an excel file with all formulas according AIAG and compare to MSE-EMP on JMP .
totally different results.
how can it be ? there is no way i can validated JMP / my files ?!
