MSA Gauge R&R AIAG version?

Introduction to my data:

I would like to evaluate a data set (2 almost identical measuring systems, each measuring 10 identical people with 5 repetitions) and to obtain the variance proportion through the different measuring systems. I can use Gauge R&R or EMP for analysis. Since everything was measured with the same operator, I would see the 2 measuring systems for reproducibility in the analysis. The data set described is crossed.

Ask: The Gauge R&R analysis is based on AIAG. Do you know which version of AIAG is anchored in JMP? Because the analysis with the 3. version has been heavily criticized [Wheeler 2009 http://www.spcpress.com/pdf/DJW189.pdf ]. The 4. Version has been published since 2010, but that doesn't automatically mean that it is implemented in JMP. I've already considered using EMP for analysis, but I couldn't find a source for the basis of calculation that is anchored in JMP (or is that EMP III according to Wheeler 2005??). Wheeler, in the linked 2009 document, recommends that one " Honest Gauge R&R Study " should use. But whether that is implemented in JMP???

I'm a bit clueless here and would be very happy about an answer. Actually, I just want to have a good model and ideally a source that shows exactly which calculation model is used at JMP and that the calculation is good. I hope you can help me!

I have already come across both contents, as I have been dealing with the topic intensively for several days. I haven't found a satisfactory answer to my question, but I haven't done much research yet.

i created an excel file with all formulas according AIAG and compare to MSE-EMP on JMP .
