The Winter 2022 JMP Academy is underway, meeting periodically over the course of a month. Led by Phil Kay and Robin Betters, the Academy is designed to meet three objectives.
- Enable new hires with a network of colleagues and friends around the world who will help them have a purposeful time at JMP.
- Provide everyone with the knowledge needed to be comfortable telling the world about JMP.
- Help familiarize participants with JMP business processes.
“The biggest goal is making connections,” Phil emphasizes.
Sessions include:
- Welcome!
- Design of JMP
- Social Media and Strategic Initiatives & Analytics
- Industry Experts
- Know Your Business and Customer Enablement
- The Marketing Story
- How We Demo and Sell JMP
- Team Presentations
“We’re mindful that this is not the best format – we wish we could be in person,” Phil (@Phil_Kay) expressed at the first session earlier this month. “But we still want you to interact and engage with the program.”
Our “Chief Connections Officer” Robin Betters (@Anonymous), always ready with a way to make people feel accepted and comfortable, helped Academy participants get to know each other through a game of favorites.
