MSA Type-1 embedded in JMP's MSA platformMAny customers ask me why MSA Type 1 is not embedded in JMP. There is an add-in MSA type 1
as well there are some "hidden" or rather "unknown" ways to do it in JMP if you get the limits right ( Does JMP provide cg/cgk statistics? )
But especially people with Six sigma Backgorund and coming from Minitab do not understand why this is not official part of the MSA Platform.
Benefit: Many customers are running into this and do not find this basic analysis. We can avoid this frustration and avoid customer discussions, like "nice but if you do not have this basic thing what else do we might not have"!
Statistics and AnalyticsRe: MSA Type-1 embedded in JMP's MSA platformThanks Mia. Looks good and with the input from Mauro, Gerd and Astrid I believe it will become even better
Re: MSA Type-1 embedded in JMP's MSA platform - Status changed to: In Development@martindemel please take a look at this new feature in JMP 17 EA1, and feel free to invite interested customers to join the 17 EA program.
