At a regional Kickoff meeting earlier this month, Chul-Hee Min reviewed business performance and expressed sincere gratitude and hope for 2022.
Chul-Hee (@ChulHee_JMP), JMP Korea Country Manager, reviewed the business performance in terms of historic sales credit over the last four years and TSR over the last five years, expressing gratitude and pride for what his JMP Korea colleagues have accomplished.

2021 in review
Chul-Hee declared three keywords to encapsulate 2021: thanks, sorry and hope.
- Thankful that colleagues are healthy.
- Thankful for achieving NSR and Renewal targets.
- Sorry that two people left JMP Korea.
- Hope and looking forward to another great year.
Sales Manager HoKeun Kil (@HoKeun_Kil) also reviewed sales performance and announced JinYoung Lee’s (@JinyoungLee) recent promotion.
望能當
As a college student, Chul-Hee’s professor taught him three guiding questions for navigating to the right decision.
- 望 (What do I really want?): Health >> Exceeded goals – Health first, based on health we will exceed the goals again.
- 能 (What can I do best?): Strengths >> Challenges – Focus on your strengths. Then, take new challenges based on your strengths.
- 當 (What do I need to carry out my role?): Responsibility >> Freedom – Do what you are responsible for first, then you can find more freedom.
Knowledge/kindness >> Account Expansion
Chul-Hee said it’s the era of the platforms, for instance, Facebook, Apple, Google or Amazon.
What is the platform of our business? He counts knowledge and kindness as key elements of our company, encouraging the team to pursue business with kindness and distribute the knowledge contained in and linked with JMP.
He believes all our sales and marketing activities should be part of transferring knowledge kindly to scientists and engineers who are JMP users, leading them to success in their work – and us as well.
This was enlightening @ChulHee_JMP . Thank you for sharing. I especially love those three guiding questions from your university days. I'm going to remember them as I make my way through the new year.
Thanks @Diana_Levey !
In fact, those questions have been very helpful for me whenever I'm struggling with anything.
Cheers!
