New Assets Available
The JMP Analytic Workflow is our way of explaining the steps from data to insight. While those steps will be different depending on an organization’s needs, the beauty of JMP is that it is flexible enough to meet customers and users where they are.
Last week at Kickoff, Jon Weisz reiterated our goal of reaching 1 million users by 2025. Jon point out that one of the best ways we can drive account expansion is through simple awareness: “Often people buy JMP for very specific reasons to solve very specific problems. We need to work with those users and really expand their vision of what the product can do.”
Here's an analogy shared about the workflow that speaks to that same point:
For those who have been hunting for a new house or flat: “Starting off a customer conversation by showing one specific capability is like posting a real estate listing that only has one picture of the nice kitchen. That’s fine, but it doesn’t show me the full picture. Even if I love that kitchen, it’s still a much harder sell, particularly if I have to consider other people. I need to see the entire home to understand if it will address my family’s needs. If I am shown the workflow, I will get that full picture.”
Don’t do this:
A real estate listing with one photo.
When you can easily do this:
A more comprehensive view of a real estate listing shows what the house has to offer.

Still to come in 2022:
- Workflow Assessment: Currently looking for a few teams to help provide feedback and test out the workflow assessment with a few customers. Read this FAQ to learn more.
- Translations of the workflow page are in progress and should be completed and published in February. We’ll be sure to let you know when they are live.
