At ARA, Bryan led and contributed to modeling and simulation software used to help decision makers protect us from potential harm.
He joined the Interactive HTML team to help grow its continuously expanding web support for JMP. Over the years, he worked on axes, user interface controls, geographical maps, tree maps, histograms and legends. In addition to these features, Bryan redesigned, maintained and improved our build system and has played a crucial role in supporting his teammates.
Recent major accomplishments include:
- Zooming and panning
- Resizing graphs and dashboards
- A dark theme
- Packed bar charts
- Adding interactivity to legends
In his new role as Product Manager, UX, Bryan will collect UX requirements for JMP products, detail functional specifications, set the vision and steward the UX product roadmap, conduct research and gather customer feedback, build prototypes, develop and maintain a JMP style guide, and facilitate the companywide UX/UI workstream.
