Great photos -- it's so nice to see everyone!
JMP Greater China held kickoff meetings last week in a novel way. Each city’s team (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Taipei) gathered to attend the online meeting together.
According to Miranda Peng, Executive Assistant, "through this meeting we aligned the entire Greater China team around our 2022 goals, and talked about how to ground it with solid objectives that contribute to common company goals. We also shared best practices and encouraged peer-to-peer learning, created valuable connections, and took this opportunity to generate energy."
After the meeting, the team took photos with a drone and had a virtual group dinner with each city’s team.
"It provided a unique opportunity to network and build personal relationships, feed off of each other’s positive emotions, and bond with teammates to generate trust and empathy," said Miranda.
"After that, the teams told us that they are motivated, inspired and ready to engage with customers and make progress on sales leads."
Wow -- how much fun you had together. Love this so much. And look forward when we, too, can gather for fun and learning.
