Thanks for the heads up @Chris_Kirchberg. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to recall the email and since it's static (including the original link when published) I'm guessing everyone will get that message when clicking from within the email. It's now corrected within the story, so I'm comforted that you can access the files from within InsideJMP. (The story will have the long shelf life!) Afraid there's no way to go back into that email and correct... sorry.

These are great! Is there a refresh planned for the virtual backgrounds, which we used for our backgrounds at JMP Discovery? I still have the ones we used before, but wanted to ask if we will plan to revamp them with the new logos.

Are you having issues accessing both the Stat Speaking and Analytic Workflow ones? I think the Analytic ones come from Sara's OneDrive, so it may be a permission setting we need to adjust. If you can't access either link, we may have more of an issue. Either way, we'll figure it out! Let me know. Thx.

@Larry_LaRusso I had issues accessing both. I can now access the Stat Speaking one but not the Analytic Workflow.

Hey - When I click on the PowerPoint template links, they open in PowerPoint Online rather than just downloading as a file.  I even tried holding down the shift key.  Is there a way to download the template files as . . . files?

UPDATE: Nevermind, I did File/Save from PowerPoint Online and got it that way.

We swapped out the link for the new logos with a new version. I expect this will work for you now. Please be sure you can access and let us know if you're still having issues. @J_Marquardt can you please make sure the link works for you as well?

@J_Marquardt that link only is for JMP Logos, but not for the word and powerpoint templates.  I think it would a lot more convenient to have all of the files, including the Brand Guide, in one Sharepoint folder.  That way we could have it synced locally and anytime there is an update we would get that automatically.

Good suggestion @SamGardner. If all the needed brand content was in a oneDrive folder that was a shared with all JMP we all would have the latest updates synchronized and always available.

Hi @Audrey_Shull. Aaron reports that the virtual backgrounds have been updated. I've added a JMP Virtual Backgrounds section to the story here; I've included all the visualization and location backgrounds we have for JMP, so you have a good number from which to choose. We are no longer JMP Statistical Discovery From SAS. We're JMP Statistical Discovery LLC. We still love SAS, but we shouldn't have that on any of our materials. 

On January 1, after more than 30 years as a business unit of SAS, JMP became a separate company. As a new, wholly owned subsidiary of SAS, JMP Statistical Discovery LLC is taking steps to establish the systems and processes that will allow us to stand on our own.

Fortunately, we have an established and widely recognized brand identity already in place, meaning we don’t need to make sweeping changes in this area. (You may also remember, we made a comprehensive brand refresh with the launch of JMP 16.)

Still, to recognize our standing as a separate company, we have made some subtle changes to the primary brand assets. Please begin using the new JMP Statistical Discovery LLC brand assets immediately. To protect the integrity of our brand, please use the elements as instructed in the JMP Brand Creative Guide.

JMP Logo

Our logo is the anchor of the JMP brand and our primary visual identifier and helps us stand out from our competition. We need to protect it and use it with consistency. The preferred format includes the logo with the tagline “Statistical Discovery” displayed horizontally. The logo by itself, without the tagline, should only be used for user audiences or individuals who already know our brand.

Special versions of the logo are available but should only be used for their intended purposes. These include logo treatments for InsideJMP, JMP Public, JMP Live, and the JMP Partner Program.

When using the JMP logo, please be sure to follow the guidelines documented in the JMP Logo Usage Guide - 2022 (attached).

Many of our external customers and prospects will interact with our JMP brand through our PowerPoint presentation templates. Consistent use of our presentation templates reflects the JMP brand as much as any other part of the collateral system.

JMP Email Signature

It is important to present a consistent and professional look when representing JMP. Email communications are an important element of our communications. Though not required, email signatures could be a good way to highlight our brand. Though plain text is acceptable, HTML is the preferred format for emails. If you choose to use email signatures you should use the logo images below for your signatures.
