One Way Repeated Measures - Need Help

Hi Team,

Need help on One way Repeated Measures. Here is something which i am trying to match the output as well.

Data is here (Heart Rate of patients at 4 different time intervals). JMP Data is also attached.

Looks like i am missing something here. Appreciate your help on this.
