Education Update: Important Notes for SalesHere are a few notes about Education for the remainder of 2021. We will provide more details in the new year!
- Don’t make any Education commitments to customers until early 2022. What you think you know about Education offerings probably isn’t true anymore! The JMP Education team has moved from SAS to the JMP Customer Enablement team, giving us the opportunity to rethink and rebuild our offerings. We will provide more information in early January 2022. For now, please punt any customer education inquiries into the new year.
- There is no longer a JMP Education salesperson. Lynn Page, our wonderful salesperson, is pivoting to other SAS Education sales. Now JMP account teams will conduct the education conversation. We will give you talking points and information early in January, don’t worry. Please don’t forward education inquiries to Lynn. They belong to each sales team now.
What to expect in 2022
More may change in the future – JMP Education has this opportunity to rethink how our small team can best serve JMP customers to teach them how to use JMP software well. We hope this is a good opportunity for sales teams to use education to help develop relationships and traction into your accounts.
