Multi value Y axis graph

Hi Guys,

I am a new user of JMP,

I want to create a multi-Y axis graph. Please refer to the attached images below. Can someone suggest me best and easy way to do this?

I am not sure how to create the datasheet in JMP for that but I have my data ready in an excel sheet.
