[Presentation overview]
You could say that JMP16 has made us all programmers. Action Recorder with enhanced logging capabilities now saves point-and-click data work as replayable scripts.
In this presentation, you'll learn intermediate JSL techniques to make your imported code more versatile, more robust, and easier to use, so that it's future-proof. We'll also briefly review the basic syntax of JSL, followed by a case study demonstrating three techniques.
1. Use loops to perform actions on many columns at once.
2. Extract numbers from JMP reports and reuse them later.
3. Allows users to specify data files and columns at run time.
