Hello I am using JMP 13 for Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) for showing the effects of individual land use/land cover changes on some hydrology components in my study watershed. However, I am in trouble to get R2, Q2, RMSEcv, percent explained by Y and percent explained by Y **bleep**. I am interested to put my result in sample table attached here. As it known and attached here, we can get two tables, if we use SIMPLS and chose validation method. The first table includes all the five predictors and the second one indicates the number of factors explained the response variable (s). If we use the second table, where we get R2, Q2, RMSEcv? Again, if we use the first table, where we get percent explained by Y and percent explained by Y **bleep**? Which should be reported for research article? Thank you in advance.
