Introducing an example of utilizing statistical analysis technology and machine learning for tablet formulation design.
(1) JMP: In order to deepen the understanding of the processing method data, we will introduce an example of attempting data relevance and visualization using functions such as graph builder and multivariate correlation.
(2) JMP Pro: By applying an elastic net to a database containing the physical characteristics of granules and tablets manufactured by multiple manufacturing methods, the relationship between the physical characteristics of the granules and the physical properties of the tablets was modeled, and important examples of the physical characteristics of the granules were extracted and 81 types. We will introduce an example of trying to extract important drug substance by modeling the relationship between drug substance and tablet property by applying a boosting tree to the database containing the drug substance and its physical properties.
