This video is part of a series of three presentations for the pharmaceutical industry.
In the first video ( JMP for drug optimization, manufacturing and quality: Part 1 - JMP User Community ), we show the design of experiments, the fitting of a statistical model, and finally we optimize the process from the model. In the second session ( JMP for drug quality, manufacturing and optimization: Part 2 - JMP User Community ), we focused on manufacturing, visualization of production variables and used machine learning for root cause analysis, which together with a Monte Carlo simulation, helped us find an immediate solution for a low dissolution problem of tablets of oral dosage.
In this third and final session, we evaluate the capacity and control of a multitude of manufacturing variables at the same time to identify the processes that most need attention and thus focus improvement efforts, and we perform a stability analysis to establish the expiration date. of a drug according to ICH guidelines.
