At Asahi Kasei, we are working to strengthen both the construction of a manufacturing IoT platform and the development of human resources in order to revitalize the use of data on factory floors.
We have adopted JMP as a statistical analysis tool implemented on the manufacturing IoT platform and have been promoting a data analysis human resource development program for factory floor engineers. This is the third year since it started in 2019. Rather than simply studying statistics, we are producing results at various factory sites through practical education tailored to on-site issues. Today, I would like to introduce our human resource development initiatives.
It's great that you are working on organizational human resource development. I believe that sharing the results will deepen understanding.
