[Announcement summary]
This report proposes a method of quality of service evaluation in the field of art management. JMP Pro 16 is used for statistical analysis. Specifically, we will conduct a survey of users of public art museums with reference to the method of selective multi-group principal component regression analysis proposed by Takahashi and Kawasaki (2019) regarding the satisfaction of services provided by public art museums. .. Through the analysis of the survey results, we will clarify the factors that should be emphasized when the public museum provides services to users. The question group is assumed to consist of three groups: hardware (building / interior), software (staff's response), and exhibition contents (each question is based on 7 questions). The questionnaire is 4 pages. First, we plan to conduct a preliminary survey in class for students of Hiroshima University, and then prepare a questionnaire based on it to conduct this survey.
