[Announcement summary]
This study was analyzed in order to get a bird's-eye view of the satisfaction level of first-visit patients from a questionnaire conducted at a cranial nerve clinic for the purpose of ensuring the quality of medical care.
In the previous stage of this study, it was clarified that selective bilateral causal analysis based on priority orientation can be applied when formulating effective and efficient maintenance / improvement measures for initial patient satisfaction. Based on this, we would like to have a bird's-eye view of patient satisfaction in order to maintain and improve patient satisfaction in the future. Therefore, using the data collected so far, the causal items with weak influence that were not adopted in the selective bilateral causal analysis are also restored, and the analysis is performed according to SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).
The major causal items selected by selective bilateral causal analysis and the factors behind them have a certain degree of goodness of fit in SEM analysis. However, by adding causal items with low influence and their factors, the causal structure can be grasped from a more bird's-eye view, but on the other hand, the goodness-of-fit index deteriorates relatively.
In the future, in the process of approaching the original SEM using the results of this study, we are considering improving the goodness-of-fit index by conducting a new patient satisfaction survey. In this presentation, we will introduce the findings obtained in a series of analysis processes.
