[Announcement summary]
Want to build an analytics culture within your organization? In this presentation, we will talk about how to build a data analysis strategy and increase its supporters.
Building an analytics culture in-house can require significant changes. This change must begin with the direction and lead of the organization's top management and data analysis advocates. You also need to be aware that your data is a strategic asset.
In this presentation, how can people in the position of rooting data analytics in their organizations drive change, overcome resistance to change, collaborate, educate their employees and empower them? I will explain if it is good. Those in this position will need to find peers who can share their vision of organizational change and plan an educational program that will produce employees who are proficient in data analysis.
In this presentation, we will also introduce a free online statistical course called "Statistical Thinking for Industrial Problem Solving (STIPS)" as a tool to help employees improve their skills. It should help you acquire practical skills in data utilization and problem solving.
