- For both JMP Korea teams to overachieve on annual NSR and TSR targets

Progress Update: Meeting Goals in H2
- Is the team healthy? Yes! The JMP Korea staff and their family members have stayed healthy and free of COVID-19. They have recently resumed customer visits and face-to-face demos and seminars.
- Are the teams on track to reach targets? Yes! South Korea Team 1 has already achieved its annual NSR target. Despite an Account Executive’s resignation in July, South Korea Team 2 is expected to achieve its NSR target, as well. The remaining Inside Sales Representative and Systems Engineer are rising to the challenge. You can see the South Korea’s business metrics dashboard in JMP Live Sales.
- Was Discovery Summit a success? Yes! The second Discovery Summit Korea was well received – full of engaged participants, plenty of Q&A in the chat window during the sessions and an atmosphere of camaraderie.

A Growing Team
JMP Korea will expand next year by adding a team focused on the chemical industry. They are preparing for the new team in terms of hiring and planning the go-to-market strategy.
