Scheduled job report sharing

Hi

I created a scheduled job with an auto-run JSL script that produces a report.

When I enter the daily mail I get, the data table and the report open immediately.

However, sharing the mail with a college opens the data table but not the report.

 

Do you know how to figure this out?

Hi,

 

If you are able to get the data table and report, it might mean the auto-run JSL works perfectly at your end, and it might be not at your colleague's end.

 

There are a couple of things that you can check:

1. JMP Version - are both ends on the same JMP version?

2. JMP Log - any error showed up in your colleague's JMP log. From the log, you might get a clearer direction to proceed to on next step.
