Based on the Python NSGA2 multi-purpose optimization result for the MathCAD-based Ship Synthesis Model stored in SQLite in the RCE integrated design optimization framework environment, JSL (JMP Script Language) is applied to develop the TOPSIS neural network model, a decision-making methodology. After construction, various JMP statistical analysis methodologies and optimization processes were applied to establish the surface ship initial design optimization process.
