The attached Excel workbook has data dictionary information on contents of the data depot. See the worksheet "Table Info" for the list of tables, where they are located, number of rows, number of columns and the list of column names. Note the number of rows will change over time but the figures provide an estimate of the amount of data stored in the table.
The data depot is a collection of folders and data tables stored in SharePoint. They are organized in a private group called Strategic Initiatives & Analytics (see the screen shot below). The data is collected from a variety of sources including SalesForce, GIDB and clicks on jmp.com.
