"I have had the honor of knowing Wendy for many years, and she is a phenomenal person," says Duane Hayes (@Duane_Hayes), Manager of Analytical Technical Support Engineering. "Besides being an expert with JSL and many other areas of JMP, she is very insightful and has the ability to see issues from multiple perspectives, helping others understand them better. Wendy inspires those around her, and it is a pleasure working with her."
In a past Get to Know feature, Dahlia Watkins (@Dahlia_Watkins) put it this way: "Wendy Murphrey is knowledgeable, professional and exhibits the kind of leadership I hope to possess. She is always willing to help and be a soundboard for ideas I may have."
Wendy is a team lead in the Tech Support group, mentoring junior teammates. And while Tech Support is her primary focus, Wendy has also been a frequent Discovery Summit presenter, served on the team that developed the JMP Scripting Certification and co-authored Jump Into JMP Scripting. The book won the 2009-2010 Award of Merit from the Society for Technical Communication, Carolina Chapter, for applying technical communication principles in a highly proficient manner.
"Wendy Murphrey always demonstrates professionalism and the desire to build a better product," says Sheila Loring (@sheila_loring), Principal Technical Writer. "The pride she takes in her work is truly inspiring."
