The current version of Tables> Anonymize kind of makes a mess of the table scripts. The the column names in the scripts saved to the table are not updated or obscured. There is a warning that that this is the case; however, it seems to make users confused, so they ignore it because there isn't an instruction for what to do about it.
Please consider updating the Tables>anonymize to do something like this first:
Names Default To Here( 1 );
dt=current data table();
colnames=dt<<get column references ;
for (i=1, i<=nitems(colnames), i++,
colnames[i]<<set name("X "||char(i));
);
By renaming the columns, the column names in the scripts automatically update, so most table scripts still work. Also, if you can figure out how to get specific references to levels in a column to recode too, that would be a bonus, but not critically necessary. (like for data filters or where statements)
