Choice of analysis to test the effect of a treatmentHello,
I have data measured on several animals, carried out at different level of the aorta (in pd). One group was treated (DT), the other received a placebo (PBS). I would like to measure the effect of the treatment taking into account the different measurement levels (distance from start (mm)). I have missing data (not the same number of levels analyzed). Which analysis should I run in JMP?
Thanks in advance, I'm stuck ...
AnalyticsRe: Choix analyse pour tester effet d'un traitementHi @Nicoletti29 ,
perhaps it is worth you try this approach:
https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Add-Ins/Full-Factorial-Repeated-Measures-ANOVA-Add-In/ta-p/23904
it will run a mixed model where the mice are random effects. I am just not sure about the full factorial approach that would use the distance as random as well.
it should look something like this:

and

let us know if it helps.
Re: Choix analyse pour tester effet d'un traitementFirst of all, thank you so much for taking time to reply to my request. I have tested the proposed solution and I think that the full factorial repeated mesure is a correct way to analyze these data. Given the small size of my groups, I was wondering whether you would advice to go for a nonparametric test, and which one would be adapted for the structure of my data?
