Filtrar datos dentro del rango de fecha y hora

Hola.

 

Me gustaría filtrar datos dentro de 2 fechas.

las fechas están en otra tabla.

Tabla 1:

 

Tabla 2:

¿Cómo puedo filtrar los datos en la tabla 1 que tiene END_TIME entre las START_TIME y END_TIME en la tabla 2?

Quiero el resultado en la nueva tabla.
